About Mandala of Light Sangha

We are a community of dedicated spiritual practitioners who integrate the wisdom of ancient teachings with the realities of modern life. We focus on transforming everyday experiences into pathways of spiritual awakening through practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and compassionate action, alongside the study of inner disciplines and teachings.

Rooted in esoteric Buddhist practices emphasizing spiritual growth, we are committed to turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, using each moment as an opportunity for personal and collective growth. We are a collaborative and evolving community that embraces diverse influences. We are united by the shared intention of living a life of purpose, balance, compassion, and self-realization, welcoming all who seek to deepen their spiritual journey.

Spiritual Practice

A shared aspiration unites our community: to grow and transform through authentic spiritual practice. Our experiential approach centers on the philosophy of “learning by doing.” Meditation and mindfulness form the foundation of our spiritual path, cultivating a deep sense of presence and awareness. As practitioners develop a strong meditation practice, they can explore more advanced teachings, including Compassion, Karma Yoga, and Personal Power. We recognize that each person’s spiritual journey is unique, with its own pace and individual needs. That’s why we offer programs ranging from beginner meditation to advanced spiritual practices, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Our community provides guidance and a supportive environment while empowering each individual to take charge of their spiritual growth.

Our Approach to Teaching

Founded in 2025 in the San Francisco Bay Area, we are a “Sangha”, or a fellowship of like-minded individuals, dedicated to the integration of meditation, esoteric arts, and success in our daily lives. From authentic teachings, we adapt the practical tools that help us navigate life’s challenges, both spiritually and professionally. While many of our core teachings draw from Buddhist Mysticism, our approach blends the essential wisdom across various spiritual traditions such as Zen, Hinduism, Taoism, Advaita, Sufism, and others.

As a collective of experienced practitioners, we operate without a central teacher, embodying the principle that “the Sangha is the new Buddha.” While many spiritual teachings are centered around a single self-realized teacher, our living teachings are developed collaboratively by our senior members who draw from the wisdom of these authentic traditions while bringing in their unique awakened insights and strengths. Together, we create a dynamic and supportive environment that blends ancient wisdom with the evolving needs of the present, offering a multifaceted path for spiritual growth.
